Country retreat near Moscow

We built this two-storied country retreat from the design stage. Moderate climate of Moscow region and surrounding pine wood inspired designers to create a high-tech house with geometric architecture. 

The high-tech house employs best architectural solutions and cutting-edge technologies. These solutions are multifunctional and ergonomic, hiding sophisticated engineering arrangements under seeming simplicity.

The retreat features a multitude of useful functions, such as remote equipment control and shutdown, heating control and state-of-the-art communications.

The building’s walls are smooth without any excessive décor. To create a light and spacious interior, we built large panoramic windows with as much glass as possible. All windows feature a special film that filters out UV light and helps to keep the house cool in summer. The façade is illuminated along its perimeter.

We used modern eco-friendly materials, such as concrete, glass and metal with the highest fire-resistance rating, making sure that the retreat will look the same even decades later. The project was completed in two years.
