The project’s scale of historical reconstruction is unique: it includes 1.5 hectares of land with four villas inspired by French classical style. Their interior design features elegant and unobtrusive space with characteristic details: plenty of light and free space, high ceilings, muted palette, drapery-fabric curtains and noble-wood furniture.

Renovation of a centuries-old house in a resort town in south-eastern France with a total area of 180 m². We preserve the French classical style, utilizing cutting-edge construction technologies.

We install the smart home system for optimal energy saving and living comfort.

Outdated communications, utilities and ventilation systems are being replaced. We also install gas supply, waterproof the foundation and design a unique sewage disposal system.

All this will create a comfortable, safe and convenient place to live, work and exercise without leaving the premises.

One Hyde Park is a major residential and retail complex located in central London commanding astonishing views of the historical Hyde Park.

The apartment’s modern style with elements of Art Deco offers plenty of free space, minimal furniture and décor with muted dusty palette and bright color accents.

Art Deco elements ensure strict regularity with their bold geometric lines, vivid patterns and expensive materials (ivory, rare woods and silver).

We used both traditional natural and modern materials, including the now-popular chrome and mirror surfaces, in the apartment’s interior design.

While renovating a duplex apartment in central Berlin, our main goal was to highlight the historical grandeur of the house, at the same time carefully introducing modern technologies for comfortable living. 

The apartment’s design combines contemporary style with elements of Art Deco. It still puts focus on expensive finishes and symmetry, all the while using contemporary details and art objects.

Elegant noble-wood furniture and décor, lightly colored textile and leather in all rooms and common spaces. Rock-crystal cascade chandeliers and wall lamps. Spacious bathrooms with panoramic windows, large lightly colored stone slabs, natural-stone baths and modern bathroom equipment.

Our team implemented the project on a turnkey basis, with our designers carefully selecting each item of the interior and engineers planning all communications for maximum convenience.

The team has managed to achieve its goal in ten months.

Second successful project in One Hyde Park residential complex in the heart London.

Each room of this apartment is a true masterpiece with precious woods, rock crystal and leather used in the interior. The symmetry-defying design features geometric and abstract richly colored patterns, jagged lines, plenty of metal, tinted glass and mirrors.

Light plays an important role in the design of the drawing room. Modern LEDs give off a warm flowing light that does not strain the eye.

All interior finish materials have the highest fire-resistance rating.

A historical villa with its own garden, swimming pool and an astounding view on the Mediterranean Sea.

Our goal was to refresh the villa’s design, while preserving its historical splendor.

The house is designed a la Provence, with wood, stone, metal, natural fabrics and leather chosen as its finish materials. The palette is as close to natural as possible, featuring milky white, fawn brown, lemon, lavender and pale green colors. The design boasts light-as-air curtains with floral patterns, lots of fresh flowers, forged interior elements and details made of china and ceramic.

The smart home system installed on the premises is a present-day must for comfortable life and safety.

We built this two-storied country retreat from the design stage. Moderate climate of Moscow region and surrounding pine wood inspired designers to create a high-tech house with geometric architecture. 

The high-tech house employs best architectural solutions and cutting-edge technologies. These solutions are multifunctional and ergonomic, hiding sophisticated engineering arrangements under seeming simplicity.

The retreat features a multitude of useful functions, such as remote equipment control and shutdown, heating control and state-of-the-art communications.

The building’s walls are smooth without any excessive décor. To create a light and spacious interior, we built large panoramic windows with as much glass as possible. All windows feature a special film that filters out UV light and helps to keep the house cool in summer. The façade is illuminated along its perimeter.

We used modern eco-friendly materials, such as concrete, glass and metal with the highest fire-resistance rating, making sure that the retreat will look the same even decades later. The project was completed in two years.

This duplex penthouse is centrally located in the historical part of Saint Petersburg, on the Krestovsky Island in the Neva delta. This is a perfect weekend spot.

The project’s concept is location appropriate: this is a northern part of Russia with few sunny days. The spacious apartment features panoramic windows, pastel-colored walls and plenty of added light in each room and in common areas: chandeliers, wall lamps, spotlights and LED lights allow for proper light distribution without overloading the interior.

The apartment boasts noble woods and natural stone in its Art Deco interior, ergonomic and functional planning of the four rooms, exclusive decorative elements and Italian textiles.

The project was completed on a turnkey basis in eight months.
